Arbitration and Criminal Proceedings
摘要
With the development of the economy, more and more criminal cases frequently emerge in civil cases or look like civil and criminal cases. Such circumstance could be found in the practice of commercial arbitration in China. Such cases which may involve criminal procedures and civil procedures, or civil and criminal legal relationships that intersect, implicate and affect each other, are generally considered to be criminal and civil intersection cases. As for the concept of criminal and civil intersection, there is no unanimous conclusion in the academia.
