Applying for cancellation of the arbitral award is one of the remedies for the parties who refuse to accept the arbitration result. Article 58 of the Arbitration Law stipulates, “A party may apply for setting aside an arbitration award to the intermediate people's court in the place where the arbitration commission is located if he can produce evidence which proves that the arbitration award involves one of the following circumstances.
