Arbitration Agreement

The expression of intention to arbitrate between the parties is a prerequisite for initiating arbitration. The arbitration agreement can bind the parties to submit the dispute to arbitration and thus exclude the jurisdiction of the court, which essentially stems from the support and supervision of national laws and judicial authorities.
