The Interview Master to Predict Personality Traits

The prognosis of unique communal abilities and disposition attributes is crucial problem. The Interview Master is an asynchronous video interview (AVI) platform with a TensorFlow convolutional neural network (CNN)-based AI decision agent, or AVI-AI, that could potentially be leveraged to correctly anticipate a job applicant's dyadic communication at the inception phase of employment scrutiny. Simultaneous footage according to seasoned human resource professionals, interview agents can anticipate a candidate's openness, agreeableness, and neuroticism in addition to their interpersonal communication skills. The interrater reliability values all supported the premise of the ground truth. The AI-based interview agent can be used in addition to or in lieu of the self-reported personality assessment tools currently in use, which job candidates may manipulate to produce socially desirable results.
