摘要

A combination of controllers known as the Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) technology can be used independently or in conjunction with one another to control one or more of the interconnected system parameters. Series impedance, shunt impedance, current, voltage, and phase angle can all be controlled by FACTS controllers. These controllers either use self-commutated inverters as synchronous voltage sources to change the current transmission line voltage and so manage the power flow, or they use thyristor-switched capacitors and reactors to provide reactive shunt and series compensation. The primary goal of this paper is to go through the Interline Power Flow controller's fundamental features. The Basic Interline Power Flow Controller and several IPFC setups are simulated in this work. The simulation of IPFC is developed by using the ORCAD PSPICE, package.
