摘要

Recent germline stem cell technology advancements paved the foundation for treating infertility and making amenable progress in the resurrection of germplasm. Globally countless issues are being accounted for with germplasm quality associated with male infertility and a decline in sexual desire. The germplasm quality improvement research on macaques very close to humans may translate to regenerative medicine aspects of infertility treatment. Induced pluripotent stem cells and bio-design technology are now making it possible to resurrect germ cells by relying on a conducive tissue environment, and tissue maturation; improvised tissue microenvironment modulations and monitoring hormonal regimen and cyclic dynamics of tissue maturation and stem cells factors lead to differentiation and deafferentation approaches. There is a tremendous scope of progress in a mice xenograft model and in vitro tissue maturation and trans-differentiation technologies emerging as a future hope for the resurrection of germplasm preserved for cancer patients who have undergone chemo- and radiotherapy besides a future technology for the renewal of wildlife and improved breeding for endangered animal species in the wild.
