Understanding the Impact of Top Management Green Commitment and Green Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Green Behaviors and Green Creativity: Evidence from the UAE Higher Education Sector

This study is novel for three main reasons. First, this research adds to the GHRM literature in general. Second, it adds to the scant literature concerning GHRM in higher education. Third, the introduction of GC as a consequence of TMGCTop management green commitment and GHRM is a unique contribution.
