The Limitations of Individual Analysis and Alternative Framing of Employee Green Behaviour

Our case is that their emphasis is incomplete, as it downplays the roles of several other internal and external stakeholdersStakeholder involved. To extend their work, we argue for a more nuanced approach and use critical theoryTheory to frame EGB research, which focuses on new and informal forms of work organisation, boundaryless communities and wider societySociety.
