摘要

Research suggests that adults require at least seven hours of sleep per night to ensure adequate levels of efficiency in their daily activities especially driving. This paper highlights the critical issue of drowsiness, which is frequently disregarded by individuals, particularly drivers. Failure to adhere to principles of healthy sleep cycles and disregard for drowsiness can potentially result in dire consequences. It is crucial to prioritize one’s safety and that of others when driving. A robust system that monitors the driver’s level of fatigue and promotes road safety is essential. This research introduces an efficient method for detecting drowsiness in drivers and transmitting alerts to a mobile application interface via a cloud-based architecture.
