摘要

The study aims to assess the various cognitive computing opportunities within the different HRM dimensions to gain organizational sustainability. The study prioritized and ranked the current HRM practices through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), an extension of the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results state that, among others, cognitive computing opportunities such as streamlined payroll systems, optimized workforce analytics, one-stop query resolution, tailormade learning paths, and empirical career counseling are the top five significant considerations. The study also found that HR management decision support is the dimension of HRM wherein the implementation of cognitive computing can highly ensure sustainable HRM practices and, in turn, organizational sustainability at large. The study implications are two-fold: one, it consolidates the earlier siloed works to intensify the need for adopting cognitive computing within HRM, and second, the study extends the application of FAHP and the Pareto principle.
