Supply Chain Risk Management Through Zero-Trust Architecture

The inadequacies of knowledge-based strategies of supply chain risk management are investigated and prioritized by leveraging the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) developed in the study. Even though the idea of failure inquiry has been covered in earlier research, its integration with knowledge-based planning is not adequately addressed. This study fills this gap in three key steps, which are as follows. First, the preceding literature is used to build general supply chain failures. Second, the availability of the created losses in knowledge-based strategies is examined. The shortcomings of knowledge-based strategies of supply chain risk management are finally prioritized using a FAHP. Threats to the supply chain are rising, and their effects can be expensive for a business. Trust between supply chain partners is typically viewed as a risk management strategy, with higher trust resulting in lower risk. In this work, the idea of a zero trust supply chain is put forth. A zero trust approach, which has its roots in cybersecurity and information technology, presupposes that all people and things are dishonest. Safeguarding vendors and supply chains to prevent interruption to the corporation is known as supply chain risk management. No new enhanced security model for supply chain management has been introduced in prior studies. Organizations now require a modern security paradigm that effectively responds to the modern environment's complications, welcomes the team, and protects them, devices and sensitive data when possible. This research aims to provide a new, improved security model based on zero trust. The Empirical research approach, based on observation and experimentation, will be used to perform this study. The facts gathered will aid in developing conclusions and theories regarding a phenomenon that will drive the supply chain and zero trust integration. Repetition of data gathering will be used to verify the models that have been constructed.
