摘要

We designed a Pick Axe antenna which can operate in ka-band (26–40 GHz) which can be used for satellite communication. From this Pick Axe antenna ground plane developed to increase the gain, directivity, and efficiency. This omnidirectional antenna which works in high frequency can be used in military communication. It has low return loss and high gain. The application is satellite communication, close-range targeting radars, military aircraft telescope, TV, cell phones, GPS, etc. The software used was Advanced Design System (ADS), so the design cost was very less. Our main purpose to design this 5G antenna is to produce a highly efficient antenna which can operate in Ultra High Frequency Range (UHF) at the same it being cost effective and simple to design and use. The proposed 5G Pick Axe antenna is a narrow band antenna which can radiate with high efficiency at 30 GHz and high VSRW value.
