Development of a Protocol on Various IoT-Based Devices Available for Women Safety

In today's world, women are confronted with a slew of issues, including harassment. So, ensuring the safety of women is of utmost importance. Physical and/or sexual violence is believed to have affected 35% of women at some point in their life. A protocol has been designed and developed to ensure the safety of ladies. The device primarily has three features: The first feature is for sending emergency SMS to friends and family, as well as alerting the nearest police station with current GPS location so that aid can arrive as soon as possible. The second feature is missed calls, and the third feature is of audio recording. These features can be used depending on the situation that women are in. In the future, this technology might be downsized and implanted in clothing, handbags, phones, and other items to make it more portable.
