Simulation and Analysis of 24-h V2G System
摘要
Nowadays, Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technology has gained a lot of interest as an increasing number of electric vehicles hit the market. As a specialized electricity load, the electric vehicle (EV) can be employed as a mobile storage device to assist the load balancing in power grid and to provide a platform for the coordination of renewable energy sources. This research paper describes a vehicle-to-grid (V2G) system that is connected to a microgrid and also includes solar, wind, and diesel power sources with residential and industrial loads. In this work, majorly, the influence of V2G on frequency is investigated, and V2G is used as a frequency regulator in the microgrid. In the system, total 100 automobiles are examined for five distinct sorts of car profiles. The ratio of cars to residences is chosen as 1:10. This proposed model is simulated under MATLAB/Simulink environment. It has been examined that the V2G efficiently controlled the grid frequency for a wide variety of inputs.
