System-on-Chip Design with State-of-Art Transistors
摘要
This book chapter is going to explore the design considerations and challenges associated with system-on-chip (SoC) design using state-of-the-art transistors. With the continuous advancement in semiconductor technology, transistors have become increasingly smaller, faster, and more power-efficient. However, harnessing the full potential of these advanced transistors in SoC design requires careful consideration of various factors, including power consumption, performance, reliability, and design complexity. This paper examines the impact of state-of-the-art transistors on SoC design and proposes strategies to overcome the associated challenges. By leveraging the capabilities of advanced transistors, SoC designers can develop high-performance and energy-efficient systems for a wide range of applications.
