This chapter focuses on the design aspects and challenges associated with achieving low-power operation in sub 7-nanometer (nm) semiconductor technology nodes. As technology nodes continue to shrink, reducing power consumption has become a critical concern for semiconductor designers. This paper explores various techniques and methodologies employed to address power efficiency at the sub 7-nm technology node.
