Furthermore, the current book chapter also explores real-world uses of AI and parallel computing in the semiconductor business. This section's chapters examine how yield optimization, defect detection, predictive maintenance, and quality control procedures in the semiconductor manufacturing industry can be improved by using parallel computing techniques.
