摘要
Metal processing is such an important field that it is referred to as the completion of semiconductors. Metal processing is necessary to apply voltage to transistors. In addition, when creating circuits by connecting various transistors with metal wires, metal processing is also necessary. Various metal materials are used in metal processing. Especially, depending on what material to stack metal on and where to create metal, appropriate materials should be used. In this chapter, we will learn how metal processing is carried out and what advantages and disadvantages each metal material has.
