摘要

A 72-year-old gentleman, chronic smoker for the past 30 years has presented with history of blood-streaked sputum, cough, right-sided chest pain in the last 1 month. His current height and weight are 166 cm and 62 kg. He doesn’t have any other associated co-morbidities. On investigation, he was found to be having a non-small cell carcinoma in the right lower lobe region.
