A Case of Carcinoma Colon with Febrile Neutropenia
摘要
A 63-year-old male with Sigmoid colon cancer, metastatic to the liver and lungs, was treated for past 3 years with oxaliplatin, irinotecan, bevacizumab and panitumumab (RAS and BRAF wild type). Most recently, he received regorafenib but progressed after 4 months with 80% of tumour burden in the liver. He has ECOG PS 1/2, MSI-high disease, no family history of hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (CRC) and negative germline testing for Lynch syndrome.
