Paediatric Case of Medulloblastoma for Whole Brain Radiotherapy

A five-year-old male child presented with complaints of headache, vomiting and gait abnormalities. The computed tomography (CT) scan and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan of the child revealed paramedian mass involving the right medulla very close to the fourth ventricle, depicting medulloblastoma. Surgical decompression has been done but there is residual tumour and he has been posted for radiotherapy.
