Carcinoma Urinary Bladder for Cystectomy and Ileal Conduit

It is the second most common Carcinoma Urinary Bladder worldwide in men after prostate cancer. Incidence of urinary bladder carcinoma increases distinctly with age. Radical cystectomy (RC) is the gold standard treatment for muscle-invasive or high-grade non-muscle invasive tumors. It has high rate of morbidity and mortality as most of the patients are elderly with multiple comorbidities.
