  • Shenghui Cheng

摘要

The previous chapters introduced what technologies are used in the Web 3.0 era, and in addition introduced the application scenarios of these technologies. Through these introductions, it is easy for the reader to build a blueprint for a new generation of the Web that is completely different from the Web 2.0 era. In this blueprint, various centralized organizations and third-party intermediaries to achieve trust guarantees will no longer exist. Accordingly, the code of conduct that relies on these centralized organizations and various third-party intermediaries for management in the Web 2.0 era will also change. This chapter will describe how the code of conduct has changed. First, the code of conduct for the operation of the Web will change significantly. Second, as “decentralization” has become a hot idea, distributed digital identity (DID) has entered the public eye. It is foreseeable that the distributed digital identity will also bring great changes to the various codes of conduct for identity authentication. Finally, the idea of on-chain management will also be very different from traditional management methods. These three points will be introduced in detail later.
