Overview: Utilization of Fungal Resources in China
摘要
Fungi, as a kind of resources, have their own comprehensive systems in their formation, evolution, quality characteristics and temporal and spatial characteristics in nature, as well as their interrelationships with human society; we, as human beings, are more concerned with how to better develop, utilize, protect and manage them, and to coordinate their harmonious developmental relationships with human beings, other biological resources, the environment and society, in order to benefit the sustainable development of human society and economy.
