Temperature Field Model and Experimental Verification on Cryogenic Air Nanofluid Minimum Quantity Lubrication Grinding
摘要
NMQL has good lubrication effect, but insufficient heat transfer effect. Although CA can lower temperature of grinding zone effectively, the lubrication performance is unsatisfying due to the lack of lubrication medium. Since both two green processing techniques have their own advantages and disadvantages, cryogenic air nanofluids minimum quantity lubrication (CNMQL) is proposed by combining NMQL and CA technologies. In CNMQL, low-temperature cold air carries nanofluid lubricants for cooling and lubrication of the grinding zone.
