摘要

The timely, economical, high-quality, and risk-free completion of a construction project depends on a number of variables. Lack of risk and quality controls may affect productivity and the level of craftsmanship. Thus, it is crucial to consider duration, expense and value factors during the starting stage of the process. So as to handle the duration-expense-value-risk issues in trade-off, the major goals of this work are to incorporate risk and quality into a model of scheduling and to build a multi-objective optimization approach. This study attempts to offer a decision-making framework that integrates risk and quality in building projects so as to handle the scheduling issues between duration and expense. This methodology enables multi-objective optimization solutions and the resolution of large-scale scheduling problems. The approaches used are (i) Python (to create a multi-objective optimisation model), (ii) a comparison of the proposed model to older scheduling models, and (iii) plotting TCQR trade-off graphs in Matlab. The relationship between the TCQR components is discovered through correlation analysis in (iv), potential deviations are examined using sensitivity analysis in (v), and Pareto optimal solutions are contrasted with two complex scheduling scenarios in (vi). The key finding of this study is that it offers an alternative planning method and helps project managers be mindful of choosing the best TCQR trade-offs when constructing a facility.
