Construction of the Business Environment

The CPC Central Committee and State Council attach great importance to the construction of China’s business environment. Since the business system reform in 2014, there have been new goals, initiatives and achievements every year. According to the 2019 Government Work Report, the focuses of that year were as follows: to facilitate investment and development with a simplified approval process and outstanding services; promote fair competition through impartial regulation; promote the reduction of enterprise-related fees through reform; stimulate the vitality of market players; optimize the business environment; and promote high-quality development.
