The basic units of civil aircraft are comprised of a lot of electronic parts and mechanical parts, which are the basic components of civil aircraft. The failure of basic unit has become the primary factor affecting safety operations. There are more than 50% of unsafe event happenings caused by mechanical parts. The reliability of mechanical parts directly affects the safety and economy of civil aircraft.
