Notes on Selected Surgical Procedures in CHD and Their Management in PCICU
摘要
Management of children post-cardiac repair requires general attention to hemodynamics, fluid and respiratory status, and prevention from infection. Furthermore, in certain cardiac operations, we need to emphasize on pathophysiology of heart lesion before repair and understand what happened after repair and how we should optimize our critical care management for best outcome after cardiac surgery.
