摘要

Positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) parameters are the basic spatial–temporal reference parameter information of ships, aircraft and other carriers. On July 31, 2020, China’s Beidou-III system was officially started for service, and the state clearly put forward the new goal of building the Beidou comprehensive PNT system. In the future, a more ubiquitous, integrated and intelligent comprehensive PNT system will be built. In short, there are three core objectives of the PNT system, namely, positioning service, navigation service and timing service. The PNT system is a general term for all kinds of infrastructure, equipment, technology, operation and maintenance, management, application and policy required for accurate spatial and temporal information acquisition, carrier mobility guidance and information decision support within the spatial and spatial regions concerned. PNT-related technology has become a research hotspot around the world.
