Cybernetics in Socio-scientific Systems

The field of information technology is broadened up by expanding it to the domain of system analysis and cybernetics. In covering this wideness of the field due recourse is made to the epistemological basis of theory construction. When so comprehended, information technology becomes a philosophical inquiry on a variety of social, scientific, and technological analyses. All fields are covered that comprise a systemic and cybernetic perspective. In this light, this chapter explores a field that is overarching into epistemic inquiry of various socio-scientific fields. Due attention is made to the review of the literature and a new idea in a field we refer to as neurocybernetics is introduced. The term neurocybernetics is used to delineate the Tawhidi epistemic field of system and cybernetic study, like a learning phenomenon that, uniquely and universally, grounds all areas of human inquiry. Specific topics within this area are taken up in particular ways.
