Formation Mechanism of Spatter and Its Influence on Mechanical Properties in Process of Laser Powder Bed Fusion

Due to the application of laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) technique in the high-tech field of large complex parts such as aero-engine impeller, aerospace lightweight parts, injection mold, its processing stability has become more and more important. The stability of large size complex components in long time processing has been recognized as one of the key and difficult problems to solve.
