摘要

Considered is the indirect incidence of a radio wave with small amplitude on a collisional turbulent plasma's plane layer. The ray approximation is utilized to investigate the high-order statistical properties of dispersed radio waves. It discovered a specific path along which two asymmetric aspects of the issue (indirect wave incidence and plasma anisotropy) compensate one another. In this situation, the scattered waves' angular spectrum does not broaden or peak. The results of the numerical analysis of this spectrum's evaluation, which thickens the plasma layer, are consistent with those of the geometrical optics approximation.
