Reliability

This chapter is a complement to the previous two chapters. Reliability is a fundamental requirement in the design of any system. In particular, we discuss the reliability of dynamical systems with Markov processes, estimation of reliability function by logistic distribution, extreme-value distribution, and Weibull distribution. Reliability analysis of k-out-of-n: G System, and estimation of k-out-of-n system with Weibull component, are also included.
