Functions of Complex Variables

In this chapter, functions of complex variables are discussed. These contain differentiation, integration, line integral, Cauchy integral theorem, analytic functions, power series of complex variables, generating functions, Laurent series and complex residues. Complex variables and complex functions, and the associated technique of conformal mapping, offer a powerful framework to address many problems in engineering and the sciences.
