On the basis of introducing the types and features, application scope, development status at home and abroad, and model classification of sidewall belt ship unloaders, this chapter provides a detailed analysis of the overall structure form and composition of sidewall belt ship unloaders, as well as the technical characteristics and working principles of the overall structure, mechanism, impeller reclaiming device, sidewall belt conveyor, anti-dust system, hydraulic system, and other components; conducts in-depth research and analysis on the overall design and calculation of main parameters of sidewall belt ship unloaders; and also makes a brief explanation of the technical performance parameters of typical products, precautions for model selection, and relevant standards.
