摘要
On the basis of reviewing the development and application of pneumatic ship unloaders, introducing the model classification and working features of pneumatic ship unloaders, this chapter analyzes the structural characteristics, working principles, and technical characteristics of the main components of pneumatic ship unloaders such as the suction nozzle, conveying pipeline and fittings, separating dust collector, and fan; summarizes the content and methods of the overall design of pneumatic ship unloaders; provides the calculation method for determining the main parameters of the pneumatic conveying system, such as the mixing ratio, conveying wind speed, conveying air volume, system pressure loss, and fan power; and lists the main parameters and relevant standards of typical pneumatic ship unloaders.
