Giant Cell-Rich Tumours

Giant cell-rich tumours are aneurysmal bone cyst, non-ossifying fibroma and giant cell tumour. Giant cell tumour of bone is a locally aggressive, rarely metastasizing tumour. Malignant GCT can be primary or secondary. Giant cell tumours can be confused with many other tumours. The differentiating points are also discussed in this chapter.
