Approach to Bone Tumours and Tumour-Like Lesions

A systematic approach to bone tumours makes the pathological diagnosis easy. History taking, clinical examination, investigations like imaging and laboratory tests and a biopsy are the main steps. Radiology correlation is a must in the diagnosis of bone tumours. This chapter gives an overall picture of these steps with illustrations. The differential diagnosis can be narrowed down with this approach.
