Cystic Lesions of Bone

Cystic lesions of bone include primary and secondary cysts. Primary cysts are simple bone cyst, aneurysmal bone cyst, ganglion cyst and epidermal inclusion cysts. ABC-like areas can be seen in a variety of bone tumours as a reactive change. In this chapter, except aneurysmal bone cyst, all other cysts are included. Aneurysmal bone cyst is a giant cell-rich tumour and hence explained in Chap. 7 .
