Furthermore, metrology’s role in the future will be crucial for green technologies and sustainability. The development of metrology aids in paving the way for sustainable science as the climate issue affects consumption habits, laws, and weather patterns. The current chapter offers a global overview of the metrology and sustainability in Industry 6.0 along with an analysis of its vision, goal, and changes from earlier Industrial Revolutions.
