摘要

By integrating cutting-edge sensing and computational technology in numerous procedures, services, and infrastructure, the idea of “smart healthcare” is made possible. Due to the current pandemic, a robust and sophisticated healthcare system is needed that can effectively monitor patients and manage any situations that may develop due to the disease's spread. Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) and the Internet of Things (IoT) are the two greatest parts driving the advancement of smart healthcare systems. Smart healthcare CPS constitute the systems of the upcoming years because they combine the digital and physical worlds for smooth execution of clinical systems and care through an external patient tracking and control, medical tools and appliances themselves. CPSs including Smart Healthcare Systems, Smart Homes, Smart Vehicular Systems, and Smart Industry have been made possible by technologies like IoT and Machine Learning. To retain credibility among customers, medical professionals, pharmacologists, and other related entities, effective authorization and confidential data transmission are these networks’ major obstacles that must be overcome. However, the implementation of CPS has also broadened the attack surface. This chapter discusses the many security and privacy concerns that arise at various levels within the design of a smart healthcare system.
