The Application of Da Vinci Surgical System in the Treatment of Iatrogenic Biliary Injury

摘要

Brief History of the First Admission: A 27 year-old female patient was admitted on September 15, 2014, due to laparoscopic cholecystectomy 9 days after and yellow-tinted skin and sclera for 7 days. History of Present Illness: The patient was admitted to Chaoyang Hospital of Langfang City on September 5, 2014, with the presence of gallstones; the laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed on September 6 and such treatments of hepatoprotection, anti-inflammation, fluid replacement, and anti-pain were given after the operation; On September 8, the patient presented with yellowish skin and sclera accompanied with itching, dark yellow urine, white stool, no chills and fever, and no abdominal discomfort. After the treatments of relieving the jaundice and anti-inflammation, there was no any significant improvement in the patient’s condition (specific drugs and doses were unknown); the renewed results of the abdominal ultrasound scan indicated: fatty liver, slight dilatation of common bile duct, fluid sonolucent area in the gallbladder fossa.
