Application of Da Vinci Surgical System in the Treatment of Malignant Tumors of the Lower Bile Duct in Elderly Patients

The 75 year-old female patient was admitted to our hospital on Jun. 29, 2009, and presented with yellow-tinted skin and sclera and itching for 8 days. Present illness: the CA 199 result was 61.17 U/ml on Apr. 22, 2009. Then, the colonoscopy was performed in our hospital on Apr. 27. A small polypoid protuberance of 0.3×0.4 cm in size was found and removed by endoscopic polypectomy.
