Microstructure and Properties of Superplastic Forming/Diffusion Bonding Process
摘要
During superplastic forming, the microstructure of the material undergoes changes such as alternations in grain shape and size, grain sliding and rotation, dislocation, and void formation. These changes have a significant impact on the mechanical properties of the material after superplastic forming/diffusion bonding. Diffusion bonding involves metallurgical bonding at the material surface under the effect of pressure at certain temperatures.
