Principles of Superplastic Forming/Diffusion Bonding
摘要
Superplastic forming (SPF) is a branch of thermoforming technology. From the perspective of materials science, it belongs to the creep deformation process under specific conditions. Diffusion bonding (DB) is a process in which materials are bonded by atomic diffusion at the interface under a certain temperature and pressure. Titanium alloy has good superplasticity and diffusion bonding properties.
