摘要

Despite worldwide economic growth, there are now more economic, sociological, and environmental concerns than before. Depletion of natural resources and the negative effects of environmental degradation, such as a lack of sufficient freshwater, biodiversity loss, and drought, have become critical problems. The need for financial inclusion has grown due to these problems as well as others, varying in magnitude depending on the situation. Accessibility to safe and cheap financial services must be emphasized in today’s fast-paced society since it can help achieve financial inclusion, as envisaged by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Therefore, this chapter has attempted to investigate the changes in the current literature and to emphasize how SDG 8 is achieved through financial inclusion initiatives by using a comprehensive literature review. There are six sections in this article. The systematic review methodology and the selection procedure are presented in section “Methodology”. Section “Discussion” presents the findings and offers a critical article analysis. Future research and policy suggestions are covered in sections “Promoting Financial Inclusion for Achieving SDG and Policy Recommendations”, “Limitation and Future Scope”, and “Conclusion”.
