Understanding climate change’s impact on cancer might take decades. Climate change may be fought through funding public health infrastructure, research and global health initiatives. In 2050, 20% of the world’s population will be over 60, straining the economy, healthcare and financial institutions. Nanodrug approvals rose as a result of greater research. Oral cancer is most common in Pakistan, Taiwan, China and India, and South Asia suffers the most. One-third of mouth cancer cases are in India. Oral cancer is frequent among southern Indian women. Telemedicine and high-risk screening have cut healthcare expenses. Misdiagnosis and undertreatment increase death and morbidity. Mouth cancer is a serious kind of malignancy that may spread. Oral medicine with targeting potential is growing. Nanotechnology-based drug delivery might revolutionise cancer therapy. Oral examinations, biopsies and histology are sometimes unreliable. Nanoparticles may detect oral cancer, deliver medications to tumours and cure it. The colorimetric sensor’s ability to change appearance detects cancer cells quickly. Screening reduces colon cancer incidence and mortality. Nanotechnology may overcome biochemical and physical obstacles. Nanoparticles are used to deliver colon cancer drugs. Colonoscopy detects early-stage colon cancer. Customised nanoparticles may help to bind to cancer cell receptors. This approach can sustainably release anticancer bioactives.
