摘要

Building reliability assessment is an important key in protecting and developing historical dwellings. This paper systematically sorted out and studied the reliability assessment of wooden composite structures with clay walls, brick columns, and wooden floor and roof systems. To summarize the characteristics and difficulties of detection work of this type of structure and put forward corresponding countermeasures, this paper first analyzed the architectural features and structural characteristics of the buildings. Secondly, different inspection procedures for the wooden system, clay walls, and brick columns are formulated. Then, the case study of this type of structure which contains 174 buildings, was conducted and analyzed. The results show that according to the deflection limit in specification/theoretical deflection (R/S) value in current standards, some parts of the wooden systems could not reach the limiting value. However, these historical buildings could maintain their use and cultural value by dividing them into different grades and taking reinforcement and monitoring measures according to the grades. This research provides technical support for similar engineering case studies.
