摘要

Fire resistance is the main factor that restricts the development of cross-laminated timber (CLT) to multi-storey and high-rise buildings. Considering the complexity of fire, experimental research is the most reliable method, but the disadvantage is that it includes large investment of human and high test cost. Therefore, this paper designs four scale compartment models and carries out compartment fire tests under different fire conditions. The fire test phenomenon, failure mode and temperature distribution of CLT compartment under different scale compartment ratios (1:3, 1:4) and different fire conditions (small fire and large fire) were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the fire development phenomenon of compartments with different scales under the same fire conditions is basically similar. Due to the flame overflow at the vent, the charred situation is serious, which should be paid special attention to in the fire protection design. Comparing the state of aluminum silicate board after fire in four tests, it can be found that the fire resistance performance of aluminum silicate board is good, and there is no falling off phenomenon similar to gypsum board during the fire process of nearly 1 h. The carbonization of side wall under the condition of large fire is slightly more serious than that under the condition of small fire.
